Treatment times are usually 1 hour during which time you will receive around 40 minutes treatment.

At your first appointment, you’ll complete a consultation form and discussion with your therapist, before any hands-on treatment begins.

Your first appointment will be Ł35 - Ł40

Your therapist will then discuss with you a treatment plan to suit your lifestyle and budget. Our clients range from those with injuries that benefit from weekly treatment, to others who visit occasionally to avoid injury.

Discounts are available for Sports Clubs and Charity organisations.
